School Team Academic Award Winner!

A
total of 350 soccer teams (135 boys, 215 girls) from throughout
the United States have earned the NSCAA Team Academic Award
for exemplary performance in the classroom as a team during
the 2010-11 academic year.
To qualify for the award, the team must have a minimum grade
point average of 3.25 for the entire academic year. The team
GPA is determined by adding every player's GPA, then dividing
by the number of players.

On Monday, Nov 7, the Young Crusaders drew
1-1 vs Ramapo in the County Final and named Co-Champions.
After regulation and two 10-minute overtime periods, the teams
still at a deadlock, both were named co-champions.

Soccer Earns Team Academic Award
Bergen Catholic HS Soccer Team is one of 142
boys teams in the nation (4 in NJ) to receive this award.
A total of 383 soccer teams (142 boys, 241
girls) from throughout the United States have earned the NSCAA
Team Academic Award for exemplary performance in the classroom
as a team during the 2009-10 academic year.
To qualify for the award, the team must have
a minimum grade point average of 3.25 for the entire academic
year. The team GPA is determined by adding every player's
GPA, then dividing by the number of players.
