Beginning with 6AM Fitness sessions and then returning in the afternoon for a Training session. Week 1 Monday 6AM & 6PM

Scrimmages... 2-3 Preseason scrimmage games are played in preparation for regular season. Opponents are typically outside-league games selected as an opportunity to try players in different roles and offer competitive challenge.
Notes from the Coaching Staff... It's a long season (up to 22 games) in a short time (2 months), besides the technical and tactical demands on the field, players must be prepared for the fitness demands of playing 2-3 games (sometimes 4) per week along with the academic requirements of attending school at BC. Dedication and Commitment to developing as soccer players. A willingness to accept a challenge, take it head on and refuse to lose... those are a few characteristics of the Freshman Team and the BC Soccer program.
